Planning & Design
Initial client meeting to determine your overall vision, style of home, budget, construction requirements, and land location. We encourage any questions a client may have regarding the home building process, services, home construction and building sites. The earlier we can get together with our clients the better we will be able to make decisions throughout the home’s construction process.
If a client has yet to purchase land, Leprevo Design-Build is willing to assist clients in finding suitable land to purchase which is ideal for their lifestyle and budget. If clients have already purchased land, Leprevo Design-Build will complete a site visit with the client prior to starting home plans to analyze the overall site conditions and review the location of the home in relation to the surroundings.
Clients shall meet with Leprevo Design-Build's Architectural recomendations or the Architect of the home owners choice, to translate a custom design into preliminary and final building plans. Architectural assistance from the Leprevo team are complimentary to all potential clients.
A construction budget and contract is formulated which outlines all the costs and specifications of the project. A small deposit is collected at the time of signing the contract to solidify the agreement between the owners and Leprevo Design-Build.
CONSTRUCTION
Initial start-up meeting with the Leprevo Design-Build team to provide further details about the building process and building schedule.
Weekly site visits with the client will occur throughout the duration of the build to review such items as framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing locations and design details. Leprevo Design-Builds team will contact clients to schedule site visits and encourage clients to contact us at anytime during construction for additional site visits.
OCCUPANCY
A pre-closing inspection is scheduled with client one week prior to occupancy. Work during this final week focuses on completing items on list prior to possession.
Upon completion, a final inspection and closing will be scheduled with the client to transfer ownership of the new home. At this time Leprevo Design-Build provides clients with manuals, warranties and an over view of operations within the home.
